Monthly Trance Dance in downtown Sebastopol at the new Dhyana center Lofts.

TranceDance is a transformational
movement modality combining  breathing techniques, use of a blindfold and
carefully selected musical soundtracks designed to open us to ‘trance’ states
and the possibility of a glimpse into mystical worlds, promoting spiritual
awakening,mental clarity and emotional healing. Sensory deprivation has been
used for centuries in indigenous cultures of the world to induce an
altered state where-in we can access, and experience complex and extraordinaire
depths of our human experience; emotionally, energetically, physically and
spiritually. Please bring a blindfold/ bandana. 
We begin and end this experience as a group so
please come on time and  plan to stay through the end.Please wear comfortable clothes, bring a blindfold/bandana, a shawl or scarf,

Elizabeth
Moriarty is a warm,
wise and charismatic community leader and facilitator who’s highly cultivated
leadership invites depth, presence and inspired experiences for people.
Elizabeth is an experienced ceremonial leader and certified Body Tales teacher
with 25 years of study, teaching and performance work. She holds certifications
in vibrational healing, Integral Yoga, Massage and is a trained Trance Dance
facilitator. Elizabeth hosts and caters a monthly Full Moon Sacred Supper event at
her home facilitating conscious conversation and spirited dialogs on the topic of personal
and planetary change. For over a decade, Elizabeth worked and played as a
Snake dancer, fire dancer and Ritual theater artist.Elizabeth is passionately committed to holding space for
transformative experiences, emotional healing and spiritual expansion and
